Discounts, Delivery, and Return Policy

Quantity discounts are available.  Please email us for details as the discounts are specific to each item.

Delivery Timing:  Unless otherwise specified, most personalized items will be completed in 4 to 6 weeks due to the specialized nature of each item.  Please let us know if your order needs to be expedited.

Return Policy:  

• Any item with a material or product defect may be returned for a full refund or replacement.
• Personalized items that do not match the customer-approved proof may be returned for a full refund or replacement.
• Personalized items may not be returned for a refund as long as the item is the same as the approved proof.  (A replacement may be ordered for a discounted price.)
